You Burned Me, Yet I Stayed

First photography book by Polish artist Maja Tyszecka.

Created between 2022–2025 during her time in China, it brings together self-portraits, street scenes, and landscapes that trace the evolution of her artistic voice. Across 44 pages with many previously unpublished images, the book explores questions of self-identity and female autonomy within a society shaped by binary views.
